The Bank of Tokyo started slow this season, compiling a 3-3 record after 6 games, partly due to some team members nursing injuries. After returning to full strength, the team's chemistry peaked at playoff time. The team's scoring leader, Mike Klatsky, was virtually unstoppable from behind the 3-point arc. Brendan Cody applied constant pressure on opponents' defense from the point with his slashing penetration and deft passing. Dan Fetters and Sean O'Donnell were monsters on the boards, helping the team control the defensive glass and get some easy put-back baskets on the offensive end. Hank Baer, Brian Ledwith, Peter Stearn and Eric Oppenheimer all made key contributions off the bench with steady defense, opportune baskets and lots of hustle.
